Portfolio: Forrester Research — Web site for business research

This engagment focused on strategic planning to ensure a successful transition to a new Web site design.

Forrester now has different home pages for each user category. Internal teams use a layout template to specify these pages. Distributing this responsibility provides content that matches user needs better, but makes system maintenance and usability complicated.

Designing & evaluating a usability study to collect client reactions

Conducting an accessibility review of significant pages

Presenting these findings to company executives at regular review meetings

As a leading proponent of using personas in design, Forrester understands their users in great detail. That made the project much easier.
