Interaction Design worked on a number of projects for Dictaphone, which makes software and hardware related to physician dictation of patient information:

Physician's Workstation: Speech system for entering and editing patient notes, indcluding initial design and subsequent revisions (2002, 2004)

Microphone design: Design and usability testing of a dictation microphone (2003)

Handheld software: A version of Physician's Workstation for a handheld device (2002)

Advanced development projects: Other work included tools for coding medical visits, managing workflow in a medical office, and extracting information from medical data.
