Previously they were using another CRM, and even though it was a robust software, it wasn't good enough to scale their business. They were struggling with turning visitors into customers and their goal was to increase the conversion rate. They had a lot of visitors coming from many sources, but they didn’t happen often to leave an e-mail or start a 14-day free trial.

CRM for better sales management

One of the first things their team was looking for was CRM functionality that the Dolineo team wanted the most. With the platform, their team can monitor the entire sales process, from obtaining a lead to making an offer. Every time when lead schedules a demo, an agent gets automatically email notification about that event. 

In addition, the CRM is fully integrated with other features, so the team can effectively work on all data from one place. 

Tailored to customer’s needs communication

The Dolineo team is aware of how important it is to provide customers with proper communication and knowledge and get an engaged audience. That’s why they decided to take advantage of a few channels in order to communicate with them more effectively and more often. 

They’re using an's email marketing module to handle the whole trial and lead generation process communication. After starting a trial or signing up for a lead magnet, which is an ebook or webinar recording, the special content marketing campaign is turned on. Users get a piece of great content prepared by the Dolineo Team. 

They also use an email marketing module to send a newsletter and inform their customers about the most interesting events from Dolineo’s life. They are so delighted with the results (a 4x increase in conversion!) that they planned a special new and additional newsletters for leads and people visiting their website, and find that with 20+ interactions they’re able to effectively convert leads and trial visitors into happy customers. 

Another channel they are using is chat. The Dolineo team collects email addresses through chat. If customers want to receive an answer through email they can leave their address and leave the page instead of waiting for the agent's response.   

What they achieved so far:

After implementing and using on a regular basis, the Dolineo Team saw a direct improvement in engagement through chat and successfully achieved their primary goal of increasing conversions. Additionally, the sales team noted a direct increase in the number of scheduled demos.

Drip campaigns have also shown consistent growth, as well as pretty good deliverability, open and click-through rates.
