About the role

Who are we looking for?

As our New Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sales promotion and revenue generation of the User.com product by conducting outbound sales activities. Our New Business Manager will represent the User.com team and work closely with the Poland-based Sales & Marketing Teams to implement appointed goals and strategies.

Your work will involve conducting calls with potential clients who are or might be interested in our Enterprise services and demonstrating our product. If you are ready to learn about our product, you speak English at a professional level and feel comfortable having conversations with entrepreneurs and people in marketing – then you are exactly who we’re looking for.

Your future responsibilities include:
  • Actively acquiring new clients,
  • Analyzing client needs and qualifying whether a client requires our company's solution,
  • Negotiating contracts and detailed terms of cooperation,
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients,
  • Conducting mostly online demos via Google Hangout,
  • Participating in fairs and conferences.
You are the perfect candidate for this position if you:
  • Experience in B2B sales,
  • Professional passion in interacting with people,
  • Experience in new business or senior account manager positions,
  • Experience in building and maintaining lasting business relationships,
  • Goal-oriented mindset,
  • High interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to organize and manage personal and team time,
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • Experience in selling to foreign markets,
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies,
  • Experience in selling software in a SaaS model,
  • Experience in selling to Enterprise clients.
