Implementation and Support & Success Manager

About the role
Your responsibilities:
- working with customers to successfully implement our services
- educating our Customers on how to use our platform to build successful businesses
- responding to questions from our Customers by chat, email and video calls
- analyzing requirements, monitoring, managing and resolving issues
- shaping procedures related to Chat Support, Ticketing System, Knowledge Base and Community support offered by user.com to their clients
- influencing the shape of our product by conveying client requirements to the product team.
Our requirements:
- you have an excellent command of English in writing and in speaking
- you have experience in on-line marketing (email, landing pages, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- you have some previous experience in a troubleshooting environment
- you know how to listen, understand and help our clients achieve their business goals
- you have strong communication and collaboration skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- you can demonstrate a real interest in helping a high volume of both technical and non-technical customer
- you are available to work on afternoon shift: 2pm till 10pm or 5pm till 1am Central Europe Timezone
- Some experience in the Marketing Automation industry will be an additional advantage.
