If the subscription is due to expire in three days and the user has given email consent, the system automatically delivers an email campaign. One day before expiry, if SMS consent is available, the user receives a text message reminder. Finally, on the day the subscription ends, the system makes one last attempt through the best available channel, following a clear priority order: first email (if consent is granted), then SMS, and finally a push notification if an FCM key is present.
