Yes. You can start Positive User for free, no credit card required. For 7 days, explore the platform, build your first automations, and see results before committing to a paid plan.
What can I do during the trial?
Everything. The trial gives you access to the full feature set and all add-ons, so you can build automations, test campaigns, explore the CRM, and see the platform at its best before choosing a plan.
What is the difference between the Marketing Suite and the Data & Activation Suite?
The Marketing Suite is designed for teams who need to communicate across multiple channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and more). It's the right fit if your priority is reaching your audience with targeted campaigns across channels. The Data & Activation Suite is built for larger teams (10+ users) with high-volume sending needs across every channel, combined with advanced data collection, behavioral segmentation, and full lifecycle automation. It also includes a dedicated CSM from day one to help you get the most out of the platform.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional feature sets you can activate on top of your base plan. Once activated, every user in your workspace has access to those features. Add-ons are billed per seat.
What subscription options are available?
You can subscribe monthly or annually. Annual plans are renewed once a year with a single charge. Monthly plans renew each month on the same date. Annual billing is the most cost-effective option.
Does auto-renewal apply?
Yes, auto-renewal is enabled by default. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period so there's no interruption. You can disable auto-renewal by contacting your CSM — at least 7 days before your annual renewal date, or 3 business days before a monthly renewal.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can ask for auto-renewal cancelation at any time. No refunds are issued, but you keep full access until the end of your current subscription period.
Do I need any technical skills to use Positive User?
Not at all. Positive User is built for marketers, not developers. Intuitive tools guide you through every step and if you ever need help, tutorials, documentation, and our support team are available by chat, or email.
