Each address is classified as Deliverable, Risky (accept-all, full mailbox, disposable), Undeliverable (invalid or non-existent), or Unknown. You see exactly which contacts are safe to email and which should be removed.

Manual verification works, but AutoClean makes it effortless. Set up an AutoClean job in Bouncer for any Positive User list: verify the full list on setup, auto-verify new contacts every hour, and re-verify existing contacts on a recurring schedule (every X days). Define export rules to automatically mark addresses as Keep, Suppress, or Quarantine based on the verification results. Your list hygiene runs in the background.
Trigger Positive User Automations From Verification Results
Bouncer writes a "bouncer_recommends" field on each contact in Positive User. Use this field to build automations: if status is "suppress," remove the contact from the sending segment. If status is "quarantine," tag them for manual review. Your Positive User workflows react to verification results the same way they react to any other contact attribute change.

Generate Your Positive User API Key
In your Positive User app, go to Settings > API Keys and generate a new API key. Copy the key and note your app subdomain.
Connect in Bouncer
In your Bouncer account, go to Integrations > User.com. Enter your Positive User API key and subdomain. Click "Save API Key." Bouncer will pull in your lists and segments.
Verify or Set Up AutoClean
To verify manually: go to Verify List, select a list from your Positive User integration, and run the verification. To automate: set up an AutoClean job with your preferred schedule and export rules (Keep, Suppress, Quarantine). Bouncer handles the rest.
