Can I send data back to TikTok?
No. TikTok Lead Generation is trigger-only on Zapier. It sends lead data outward but does not accept actions back. You cannot create or update records in TikTok from Positive User.
Can I tag leads by campaign?
TikTok does not include campaign or ad group IDs in the form data by default. To differentiate, create a separate Instant Form (and Zap) for each campaign with a different Positive User tag. Alternatively, add a hidden custom question indicating the campaign source.
How does this compare to Facebook Lead Ads?
Both work the same way: a lead form on a social ad triggers a webhook that creates a contact instantly. The differences are the platform, audience demographic (TikTok skews younger), and form builder. If you run ads on both, set up parallel Zaps feeding the same database.
How do I test without a live ad?
