Once configured, every email sent from Positive User (campaigns, automations, transactional messages) goes through MessageFlow’s SMTP servers instead of the default sending infrastructure. This gives you control over your sending reputation, domain authentication, and delivery routing. Your recipients see your sender name and domain; MessageFlow handles the delivery behind the scenes.
Track Every Message in the MessageFlow Panel
MessageFlow provides detailed email reports for every message sent through its infrastructure. After sending a campaign or an automated email from Positive User, log into the MessageFlow panel to see delivery status, opens, bounces, and other metrics for each individual message. You get two layers of analytics: campaign-level data in Positive User and message-level delivery data in MessageFlow.

MessageFlow requires that your sending domain is authorized in its panel before you start sending. This means SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly configured from the start. Get Your MessageFlow SMTP Credentials
Log into your MessageFlow panel. Go to Email API > Settings > SMTP Accounts. Note your SMTP server address (smtp.messageflow.com), username (format: 1.your_account_name.smtp), password, and port (587). Make sure your sending domain is authorized in the MessageFlow panel.
Configure SMTP in Positive User
In your Positive User app, go to Settings > SMTP Settings. Click "Create SMTP+" to add a new SMTP server. Fill in the form with your MessageFlow credentials: server, username, password, sender email, sender name, port 587, TLS enabled, SSL disabled. Click Save.
Send a Test and Verify
Send a test email campaign from Positive User. Then log into the MessageFlow panel and go to Email API > Email Reports. The sent message and its delivery status should appear there. If the test succeeds, all future emails from Positive User will route through MessageFlow.
