Seidat
Turn your CRM data into personalized presentations and know the moment a prospect opens them. Connect Seidat and Positive User through Zapier to auto-generate sales decks from contact and deal data, share them with a tracked link, and trigger follow-ups in Positive User the instant a prospect views or signs the presentation. Your sales collateral stays personal at scale.
Personalized Presentations, Automated From Your CRM
Generate Sales Decks From Contact and Deal Data
A new deal reaches the proposal stage in Positive User. Zapier duplicates a Seidat template presentation, replaces placeholder text with the contact's name, company, pricing, and product details pulled from the deal data, and creates a tracked sharing link. Your sales rep gets a personalized proposal ready to send, without opening a slide editor.
Know When Prospects View Your Presentation
Seidat tracks when someone opens a shared link. Zapier picks up the “Shared Link Viewed” trigger and pushes the activity to Positive User: update a contact attribute, fire a custom event, apply an “engaged” tag, or alert the sales rep. You know exactly when a prospect is looking at your proposal, and your automations can react in real time.
Trigger Follow-Ups Based on Presentation Engagement
A prospect views your presentation but doesn't respond within two days. Positive User detects the view event (pushed from Seidat via Zapier) and triggers a follow-up email. Another prospect signs the presentation. Zapier fires a “Presentation Signed” event to Positive User, which updates the deal stage and sends an internal notification. The entire post-presentation workflow runs without manual intervention.
Three simple steps to get started
Connect Both Accounts in Zapier
Log into Zapier and create a new Zap. Select Seidat as one app and "User.com" as the other. Authorize both accounts. You need a Seidat workspace and admin access to your Positive User app.
Choose Your Direction and Workflow
For Positive User → Seidat: use triggers like "New Deal" or "New User" paired with Seidat actions like "Duplicate Presentation," "Find and Replace Text," and "Create Shared Link." For Seidat → Positive User: use triggers like "Shared Link Viewed" or "New Signature" paired with actions like "Create/Update User," "Create Event," or "Create/Update Deal."
Map Fields, Test, and Activate
Map Positive User deal or contact data to Seidat placeholder fields (or the reverse). Run a test to verify the presentation is generated correctly or the view event is logged. Turn on the Zap.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need coding skills to set this up?
No. The entire integration is configured through Zapier's visual interface. You select triggers, map fields, and activate. No code required.
What Seidat triggers are available on Zapier?
Seidat offers three key triggers: “New Presentation” (fires when a presentation is created), “Shared Link Viewed” (fires when a prospect opens a shared link), and “New Signature”/“Presentation Signed” (fires when a presentation is signed). The view trigger lets you select which specific presentation to monitor.
How does the personalized presentation workflow work?
A typical setup uses three Seidat actions in a single multi-step Zap. Step 1: Duplicate a template presentation. Step 2: Find and replace placeholder text (e.g., {{company_name}}, {{price}}, {{contact_name}}) with data from the Positive User trigger. Step 3: Create a shared link for the new presentation. Optionally, add a Gmail or email step to send the link to the prospect.
Can I track which specific prospect viewed a presentation?
Yes. When you create a shared link in Seidat, you can include a note (e.g., the prospect's email or name). When the “Shared Link Viewed” trigger fires, the note data is available in Zapier, which you can use to match the view event to the right contact in Positive User.
Can I use this to send proposals automatically when a deal reaches a certain stage?
Yes. This is the primary use case. Set a Positive User trigger (e.g., deal attribute changes to “Proposal” stage), and chain the Seidat actions (duplicate template, replace text with deal data, create shared link) followed by an email step to send the personalized proposal. The entire flow runs without manual work.
What is Seidat?
Seidat is a sales deck platform designed for B2B teams. It provides tools for creating, presenting, sharing, and analyzing slide presentations. Its Zapier integration enables automated presentation generation from CRM data, tracked sharing, and engagement analytics. It is particularly popular among sales teams that send personalized proposals and offers at scale.
Can I send data from Seidat back to Positive User?
Yes. The “Shared Link Viewed” and “Presentation Signed” triggers push engagement data from Seidat to Positive User via Zapier. This creates a feedback loop: CRM data generates the presentation, and presentation engagement updates the CRM.
Is the data GDPR-compliant?
Seidat (a Finnish company), Zapier, and Positive User all offer GDPR compliance tools. Presentation sharing links may contain recipient information in the link note. Make sure your data handling and sharing practices align with your privacy obligations. Zapier is SOC 2 compliant and provides a GDPR data processing addendum.
