Milestone celebration across all available channels: For each available channel, the system sends a tailored celebration: an animated badge-style web push notification, a congratulatory mobile push message, and a personalized email summarizing the contact's achievement with social sharing links.
Email achievement summary and engagement reinforcement: The email highlights the contact's progress, visualizes their achievement with personal stats, and encourages continued product usage through recognition, optional rewards, or links to additional resources.
First-time trigger protection: This automation is designed to trigger only for contacts crossing the milestone for the first time. To prevent retroactive celebrations for existing high-usage contacts, teams must first disable the trigger, run the automation once with an empty audience, and then re-enable it. This ensures only newly qualifying contacts receive the celebration.
