SMS Campaigns and Automations, Built Into Your CRM
Bulk SMS to Any Segment or List
Select a segment or list of contacts in Positive User, write your message, and send. The SMS goes through SerwerSMS infrastructure using your configured sender name. You use the same audience targeting you already use for emails, now extended to text messages. Campaigns reach your contacts on their phones in seconds.
Automated SMS Triggered by CRM Events
Add an SMS step to any Positive User automation workflow. A customer completes a purchase? Send an order confirmation text. A lead fills out a form? Trigger a welcome SMS. A contact hasn’t visited your site in 14 days? Launch a re-engagement message. The SMS module works alongside emails, delays, conditions, and tags in the drag-and-drop automation builder.
Track Conversions From Your SMS Campaigns
SerwerSMS integration in Positive User includes online conversion measurement tied to specific SMS campaigns. You can see not just how many messages were delivered, but which campaigns drove real actions on your website. Campaign statistics are available directly in the Positive User panel alongside your other channel performance data.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need coding skills to set this up?
No. You enter your SerwerSMS credentials in Positive User’s integration settings and you’re connected. No code, no API token generation, no developer required.
Is this a native integration or does it require Zapier?
This is a native integration. SerwerSMS is built into the Positive User panel as an internal module. No Zapier, Make.com, or other middleware is needed.
What SMS types are supported?
The integration supports both ECO and FULL SMS types. ECO messages are sent from a random alphanumeric sender name and are lower cost. FULL messages are sent from your registered sender name and offer higher delivery priority. Choose the type based on your budget and campaign requirements.
Can I track which SMS campaigns drive conversions?
Yes. The integration includes online conversion measurement tied to specific SMS campaigns. You can see campaign statistics and attribute website actions to individual SMS sends. This data is available in the Positive User panel.
How does SerwerSMS compare to SMSAPI?
Both are Polish SMS gateway providers that integrate natively with Positive User. They offer similar core functionality (bulk SMS, API access, sender name management). The main differences are in pricing, delivery routes (ECO vs. FULL options), and specific features like MMS, VMS, or RCS support on the SerwerSMS side. You can use either provider, or both, depending on your needs.
What is SerwerSMS?
SerwerSMS is a Polish mobile communication platform (part of the Vercom Group) that provides SMS, MMS, VMS, RCS, email, and push notification delivery services. It offers multiple API access methods (HTTPS, SMPP, FTP, SQL, SOAP) and integrates with hundreds of business applications. The integration with Positive User makes SerwerSMS the SMS delivery engine behind your CRM campaigns and automations.
Can I personalize SMS messages?
Yes. You can include contact attributes (name, company, custom fields) in your SMS text using Positive User’s personalization variables. Each recipient receives a message tailored to their profile data.
Is the data GDPR-compliant?
Both SerwerSMS and Positive User are European platforms with GDPR compliance built in. SerwerSMS is ISO certified and provides GDPR documentation. Make sure your contacts have given explicit consent for SMS communication, and that your Positive User consent management settings reflect the appropriate opt-in status before sending.
