Three simple steps to get started
Open the Integration
In your Positive User app, go to Settings → Setup & Integrations. Find the Slack icon and click it.
Connect Your Slack Workspace
Click "Add to Slack." You'll be redirected to Slack's login page. Enter your Slack workspace credentials and authorize the connection.
Start Receiving Notifications
A new public channel named "user-com" appears in your Slack workspace. CRM notifications will start flowing there automatically.
