Open the Integration
In your Positive User app, go to Settings → Setup & Integrations. Find the Slack icon and click it.

Click "Add to Slack." You'll be redirected to Slack's login page. Enter your Slack workspace credentials and authorize the connection.

A new public channel named "user-com" appears in your Slack workspace. CRM notifications will start flowing there automatically.

No. The Slack notifications include a direct link to the conversation. Clicking the link opens the conversation in Positive User where you can reply. You cannot respond directly from within Slack.
Can I receive notifications for events other than chat messages?
The native Slack integration is focused on incoming chat messages. For notifications about other events (new contacts, form submissions, deal updates), use the Zapier integration to build custom Slack alerts based on any Positive User trigger.
Does the integration work with Slack Connect or shared channels?
