Aircall
See every phone conversation on your contact’s timeline. Connect Aircall to Positive User with a native integration that logs inbound and outbound calls, call duration, recordings, tags, and agent notes directly on the contact profile. No third-party automation tool, no manual logging. Your team makes calls in Aircall, and Positive User keeps the record.
Full Call History on Every Contact Profile
Inbound and Outbound Calls, Logged Automatically
Every call that goes through Aircall appears on the corresponding contact’s timeline in Positive User. The integration captures the call direction, caller and receiver phone numbers, and call duration. Your team never needs to manually log a call again.
Recordings, Tags, and Notes Included
The integration goes beyond basic call metadata. Tags and notes added by agents in Aircall are synced to the timeline entry. Call recordings are linked and playable directly from the contact profile, as long as the recording exists in Aircall. Full conversation context in one place.
Native Integration, No Middleware Required
Unlike the CallPage integration (which runs through Zapier), Aircall connects to Positive User natively through API keys. You enter your Aircall API ID and API Token in Positive User’s integration panel, and the connection is live. No Zapier account, no webhook configuration, no recurring automation costs.
Three simple steps to get started
Generate Your Aircall API Key
In your Aircall dashboard, go to Integrations & API → API Keys. Generate a new API key. Copy the API ID and API Token.
Connect in Positive User
Go to Settings → Setup & Integrations. Find Aircall and click it. Enter your API ID and API Token. Click Confirm.
Enable Timeline Filters and Start Calling
On any contact profile, make sure the timeline filters "AirCall Phone Call" and "AirCall Note" are selected. Install the Aircall dialer app (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS) to make and receive calls.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need coding skills?
No. Copy API ID and Token from Aircall, paste into Positive User. No code.
Is this native or does it need Zapier?
Native. Direct API connection. No Zapier, Make.com, or middleware needed.
I don’t see calls on the timeline. What’s wrong?
Check that the timeline filters "AirCall Phone Call" and "AirCall Note" are selected on the contact profile. These filters must be active for call entries to appear.
How does this compare to CallPage?
Aircall is a native integration (direct API) that logs detailed call data including recordings, tags, and notes. CallPage connects through Zapier and creates contacts from callback widget events. Aircall is for teams with a dedicated phone system. CallPage is for website callback widgets.
Are call recordings available?
Yes. The recording link appears on the timeline entry and is playable as long as the recording remains in your Aircall account. If deleted from Aircall, the link stops working.
Is the data GDPR-compliant?
Aircall and Positive User both offer GDPR tools. Call recordings are subject to local consent laws. Make sure your team follows recording notification requirements for your jurisdiction.
