Do I need coding skills to import data?

What happens if a contact already exists?
Positive User matches records by email address. If a contact already exists, their profile is updated with the new data. No duplicates are created.

Is there a file size limit?
Large files are supported, but for optimal performance we recommend splitting files over 100,000 rows into smaller batches. Check your plan's contact limits before importing.

Can I import custom attributes?
Yes. During the mapping step, you can map CSV columns to existing custom attributes or create new ones directly from the import wizard.
