Description

In B2B sales, speed of response is often the difference between winning and losing a deal. When a high-intent visitor fills in a call-back form on your website, every minute of delay costs you. This use case captures that inbound interest through a discreet call-back widget and immediately activates your sales team: the lead is assigned to an agent, a deal is created, and a high-priority call task is triggered automatically. Consent handling is built in, and business-hours logic can be added to ensure a professional, timely experience. The result is faster response times, fewer missed opportunities, and higher lead-to-opportunity conversion.

How it works in practice

A prospect visits your website and notices a discreet call-back teaser in the corner of the page. Curious, they click it. A small form appears asking for their name, email, and phone number. They fill it in and submit. In the background, the system springs into action: if the contact has no assigned owner, a sales agent is assigned immediately. A deal is created and a high-priority phone call task lands in the agent's queue within minutes. The prospect sees a confirmation message that someone will call them shortly. No waiting in silence, no forgotten lead, no missed window. Just a fast, professional handoff from website to sales team.

1

Call-back teaser display: a minimized, non-intrusive call-back widget appears on the website with a short value-driven headline encouraging the visitor to request contact.

2

Widget expansion and form submission: after clicking the teaser, the widget expands into a form collecting first name, email, phone number, and SMS consent, which is automatically saved as TRUE upon submission.

3

Contact ownership and deal creation: on form submission, the system checks whether the contact already has an assigned owner. If not, the contact is automatically assigned to a sales agent and a new deal is created for that agent.

4

Immediate phone call task assignment: a Phone Call task is created for the assigned sales agent with High priority and a deadline set to Now or within 15 minutes, ensuring rapid follow-up. If configured, requests made outside business hours can be deferred to the next working day.

5

Contact confirmation and optional SMS follow-up: after submission, a thank-you message is displayed confirming that an agent will call shortly. Optionally, a confirmation SMS is sent to reassure the contact and reinforce a professional brand image.
